The Certified Leadership Program (CLP) provides a premier learning program to develop essential leadership skills for personal growth and professional advancement. The program consists of four modules encompassing 17 course topics and is an exclusive, proprietary International Association of Insurance Professionals program. Practical insurance related examples are included in each classroom course.
Advanced Certified Leadership Program
The Advanced Certified Leadership Program (CLP-A) provides an advanced leadership program to further develop a higher level of leadership skills for experienced managers and supervisors. The program consists of ten courses encompassing six core courses and your choice of four elective courses. It is an exclusive, proprietary International Association of Insurance Professionals program.
Associate in Client Relations Program
The Associate in Client Relations Program (ACR) provides the opportunity to develop your professional brand with essential client relations expertise. Learn how to consistently provide an outstanding client experience.
Confidence While Communicating
The Confidence While Communicating (CWC) program helps students master the art of effective communication in a small class of five to 10 students, and in a friendly and supportive learning environment, providing tools to communicate confidently and clearly. The 10-hour course consists of four learning sessions and five practice sessions. The delivery method can be virtual, in person or hybrid and is determined by the instructor and the needs of the students.
Career Development
The IAIP Career Development courses deliver the resources needed to elevate careers. These courses include a dynamic offering of courses from quick 30 minute sessions to comprehensive, six hour sessions and cover crucial topics such as negotiation, leadership, communication, listening skills, ethics, business writing, managing stress, conflict resolution, time management and more!
Selling Essentials
The Selling Essentials education series will transform students into exceptional sales professionals ready for any challenge. Take one or complete all six to earn a Selling Essentials Certificate. Students will gain the tools and confidence needed to improve sales skills, benefiting individuals as well as entire companies.
Insurance Career Advancement Now
(ICan! and ICan! A Step Above)
The Insurance Career Advancement Now (I CAN!) series presents 30-minute courses on a variety of insurance topics, making them great options for short in-person or virtual meetings. For slightly longer courses on industry-related topics, we also offer the I CAN! A Step Above series which are one-hour in length. All of these course offerings include a dynamic choice of courses covering emerging insurance trends topics such as E&O, Ethics, Life Insurance, DOC, Fraud, Life & Health, CGL, Marine, Auto, Workers Comp and more.
