Each of our instructors has undergone a rigorous evaluation process and has been qualified by the IAIP Instructor Certification Committee. In order to be considered by the certification committee, each candidate must meet strict instructor criteria with a proven history of professional integrity, credibility and reliability.

Certified Leadership Program (CLP)
The Certified Leadership Program (CLP) provides organizations a premier learning program for essential leadership skills designed for personal growth and professional advancement for their employees. The program consists of four modules focused on leadership through Strategic Management, Business Essentials, Mentoring and Motivating. Individuals completing the entire program are eligible to apply for the Certified Leadership Professional (CLP) designation.

CLP renewal
Individuals completing the entire CLP program are eligible to apply for the Certified Leadership Professional (CLP) designation. Designation renewal is required every two years with the completion of eight hours of renewal courses. Options for renewal credit include course material ranging a broad spectrum of leadership themes from assertiveness skills and emotional intelligence to effective communication and business writing.

Career Development
IAIP strives to help individuals be their best selves. We offer a variety of career development courses that provide tips and tools to assist with their career development goals.
